OUTSOURCING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MAKING COMPANIES LOOK LIKE A SPOILED CHILD

I would not normally attach myself to negative criticism of any company, job, or a persons ethnicity, BUT...I completely agree that the outsourcing of customer service to people that don’t' speak English as their first language is frustrating at the very least.
In the past two months, I have had reason to contact customer service with several companies and have experienced this. However, my last experience was with a customer service rep that speaks English, and he still couldn't help me because only a portion of the information I needed was available to him and he had no other options to offer me. Big name companies are merging their customer service with other companies, I guess as a cost saving step, but as much money as it save them the greater the negative affect on their business tolls.
I am not going to point fingers and jump into name-calling but companies that outsource their customer service to other companies are just asking for negative feedback. Do they think that any feedback at all is good practice? As if a child that acts up when his/her parents isn’t paying attention, so they go steal a car?
Companies must want positive feedback and must know that customer service is the backbone of their business. WORD OF MOUTH RULES and it must be positive word of mouth, otherwise pack up your toys and go home because your business will eventually suffer.
Listen to professionals that know what they are talking about....no, not me but how about the Ethics Guy
